How do I book a photographer?
Search or post a request, compare offers, then book the photographer you like. Your payment is held in escrow the moment you book.
When is the photographer paid?
Your money stays in escrow and is released to the photographer only after your session is completed and your gallery is delivered.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Open the booking and choose Cancel — you'll see exactly what's refunded before you confirm, based on the photographer's frozen cancellation policy.
How do I join as a photographer?
Start onboarding to set up your studio or freelancer profile. Once you're verified you can receive requests and take bookings.
